On-site Healthcare Services for Senior Care and Assisted Living Facilities
Mobile Care Group coordinates and manages programs for audiology, dentistry, optometry, podiatry, and psychiatric/psychological services that provide on-site health care for nursing home and assisted-living residents. We are HIPAA compliant and approved by Medicare and Medicaid. Our services are covered by most health insurance policies, and we accept private pay.
We are your facility partner, and our goal is to provide the expert, on-site care patients deserve. We recruit local physicians who are committed to providing the highest level of care, and because they are local, they can meet patient needs for urgent-care services as well.

We work with and complement the responsibilities of the facility social worker by coordinating on-site visits and providing consistent patient care and follow up services. We will attend patient care and family meetings, if needed, and in all cases, our top priority is ensuring the care and dignity of our patients.

Senior-care facility staff members are often stretched beyond their limits. In partnership with your facility, Mobile Care Group can customize programs that work specifically for you, your patients, and their families.

Residential Physician ”House-Call” Services
Recognizing the changing dynamics of the senior population and the increasing demand for in-home services, Mobile Care Group provides residential physician house calls for audiology, dentistry, optometry, and podiatry healthcare services in the convenience and privacy of your own home. These services not only help seniors remain in the comfort of their own homes, they help patients manage their healthcare costs more effectively.

When home healthcare visits are not feasible, and outside medical treatment is necessary, our Mobile Care EMS & Transport Services unit ensures safe, comfortable, convenient transportation. We currently provide transportation to and from doctors’ offices, rehabilitation appointments, and dialysis treatments. We also provide transportation for any non-medical errand or travel need.

Mobile Care EMS & Transport Services
Our transportation team is dedicated to assuring that customers get to and from their destination safely and conveniently, with privacy and comfort, in both medical emergency and non-emergency situations.

Our emergency medical technicians (EMTs) and paramedics are highly qualified and continue their education in order to ensure that the newest technologies and safety techniques are used. Our dedicated call center is here to answer your emergency and non-emergency calls, 24/7.

We pride ourselves on excellent response times. All of our ambulette attendants are trained and certified in CPR, first aid, special needs, and defensive driving.

Our Mobile Care EMS ambulances are staffed by a Certified Emergency Vehicle Operator (CEVO) certified paramedics and EMTs and fully equipped with the latest technology. We work with hospitals, nursing homes, assisted- and independent-living facilities, home healthcare companies, hospice services, physicians’ offices, and private-duty companies to coordinate transportation and emergency medical services.

Mobile Care Group has become the EMS and Transport Service standard in care and hospitality for the facilities and patients it serves. We are locally owned and operated, and we serve Lucas, Wood, and Ottawa counties. Long-distance transportation can also be arranged.

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, most insurances, and private pay.
