About Us

Mobile Care Group brings compassionate, expert, on-site healthcare services to people living in residential homes, long-term care facilities, and assisted- and independent-living communities.

Our range of “house-call” services features a variety of healthcare options. Service areas include audiology, dentistry, optometry, podiatry, psychiatry, and psychology. All of these services are provided on site, in the comfort and privacy of one’s own home or residential setting. For the first time in decades, people need not necessarily leave their homes to obtain the health care they need.

When home healthcare visits are not feasible, and outside medical treatment is necessary, our Mobile Care EMS & Transport Services unit ensures safe, comfortable, convenient transportation. We currently provide transportation to and from doctors’ offices, rehabilitation appointments, and dialysis treatments. We also provide transportation for any non-medical errand or travel need, and plans to expand our transport services beyond metropolitan Toledo, Ohio, area are underway.

Who We Serve

Mobile Care Group was founded in 2006 and has offices in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan. Today, our dedicated, experienced team of more than 75 highly qualified and caring professionals provide expert on-site healthcare service packages to nursing home professionals. Service areas include audiology, dentistry, optometry, podiatry, psychiatry, and psychology. Our management team — with more than 30 years of collective healthcare experience — is led by Mobile Care Group President Joe Wallace. We serve more than 250 nursing homes and assisted living facilities in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan and provide Mobile Care EMS and Transport Services in the Toledo area.

At Mobile Care Group, we understand the unique needs of our clients. Excellent patient care is always our number one priority. We work with local physicians who handle regularly scheduled visits and meet the urgent-care needs of residents. Our rapid-response transportation team makes sure that clients get to and from their destinations safely and comfortably.
