Medical Transportation

Transportation coordinated for skilled nursing facilities, assisted and independent living, rehabilitation facilities, individual residences, hospitals, home healthcare agencies, hospice groups and physician's offices. Emergent and non-emergent services provided in Lucas, Wood and Fulton counties. Mobile Care Group's transportation team is HIPAA compliant. All employees are subject to screening with full state and federal background checks, initial and random drug & alcohol screening and Motor Vehicle Reports (driving record). Our number 1 priority is safe, comfortable and convenient transportation.


Systems Consulting

Advanced Billing & Computing Solutions (ABCS) is led by the team of Joshua Weinstein, Joseph Wallace and Stanley Freedman who bring their medical industry experience and expertise in the information technology, business leadership, and financial accounting fields to the marketplace to help both medical practices as well as non-medical companies. Whether it be IT consulting, medical or IT equipment purchasing, contract negotiations, process improvement, or generic business support, we are here to listen and provide honest feedback to help your business thrive.


Mobile Oxygen Services, LLC

Mobile Care Group has expanded its service offerings to include filling and delivery of medical oxygen cylinders to skilled nursing facilities, and other wholesale consumers of medical oxygen. Mobile Oxygen Services, LLC, aligned with Mobile Care Transport & EMS to provide a unique, highly efficient service that will fill and distribute locally - the only local operating company to combine these services.

Careers with MCG

We contract locally with healthcare professionals for both full and part-time positions, allowing you a flexible work schedule. Your association with MCG provides an opportunity to grow your private practice through interaction with facility staff members and/or families of skilled nursing facility residents. We are also actively recruiting full and part-time Paramedics, Basic EMT's, drivers for local transportation in our Ambulette vans, and dispatchers. All candidates must possess appropriate state licenses, a valid driver's license, and pass a criminal background check. Compensation is competitive and paid monthly. Mobile Care Group's management team consists of industry experts in their fields working together to create a unique and pleasant experience for our customers.

Joe Wallace

CEO Joe has many years of experience in leadership positions. His entrepreneurial management style has produced many awards and recognitions for organizational and sales growth. Under Joe's leadership, the company has developed a broad portfolio of services and steadily grown market share in Michigan and Ohio. His conservative fiscal attendance has ensured financial success. Joe is active in the community, serving on numerous boards.

Stan Freedman

VP & CFO Stan joined Mobile Care Group after an extensive career in public accounting. Serving as a partner in national and local CPA firms, he provided clients with auditing, tax and business consulting services. Stan is a lifetime member of the American Institute and Michigan Association of CPA's. He has served as president of the Ronald McDonald House of Detroit and as a board member and treasurer for many non-profit organizations.

Shelly Hutchison

Director OH Mobile Healthcare Shelly has over two decades of experience in the healthcare field, and has extensive experience in individual and overall management of regions and remote sales staff. Shelly served as marketing director for a skilled nursing facility and as regional manager of business development for a home-health company. Her management and sales expertise are leading factors in the success of our sales and customer-service teams.

Jim Wallace

Director MI Mobile Healthcare Jim has been with MCG since its inception and helped develop the companies' overall business model. He has more than two decades of experience in information technology, finance, project implementation and management. His attention to detail, great customer service, and in-depth knowledge of the long-term care industry make him the ideal person to partner with Michigan-based nursing care facilities.

Jenee Beilstein

Ambulette & Dispatch Ops. Jenee has been an EMT-B for 13 years, and spent 13 years in private EMS. She has an Associates degree in Health Care Administration. She oversees Mobile Care Group's Ambulette fleet, Ambulette Attendants and the Communications Center. Jenee's responsibilities include maintaining credentials and overseeing all training of the Ambulette and Dispatch staff, coaching employees, safety and customer service, and monitoring on-time performance weekly.

Jennifer Bondy

Manager of Human Resources Jen has nearly 10 years of practical Human Resources experience and spent 6 of the 10 years working for a Fortune 500 company. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and Business Law from The University of Toledo. Jen is responsible for Mobile Care Group's HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, benefits, employee relations, employee credentialing and workers compensation. She served as Chair of United Way Emerging Leaders and enjoys being active in the community.

Josh Weinstein

COO of ABCS Joshua Weinstein has over two decades of experience in the information technology (IT) industry, having worked for both large and small companies. To complement his Master's degree in Management Information Systems, in 2010 he completed a post-baccalaureate degree in Health Information Administration from the University of Toledo. He holds a number of technical certifications, including the distinguished AHIMA Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA).

Dr. Joseph Peyton

Medical Director Dr. Peyton is a Member of the Ohio and Michigan Medical Boards, The American Board of Osteopathic Practice, and The American Board of Family Medicine. He is certified with added qualifications in Geriatric Medicine, Advance Cardiac Life Support, Ohio Medical Directorship and The United States Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration. He currently teaches and is a volunteer faculty member at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
